La Chablisienne is a leading wine producer in the Chablis region of Burgundy, France, founded in 1923 as a cooperative of winegrowers.It is a large cooperative today, representing a significant portion of Chablis' vineyards and specialising in white wines made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.The winery is known for capturing the unique minerality and finesse of the region's Kimmeridgian limestone soils and produces a range of wines, including Premier Cru and Grand Cru.
