Shipping policy

All orders placed before 3pm  Monday to Friday will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on Saturday before 11am will be shipped that day. Orders placed on Saturday after 11am and all day on Sunday will be despatched on Monday.

Nothing will be able to be shipped on bank holidays (England).

 

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct.

• If you have entered the wrong delivery address contact us as soon as possible and we will try to rectify the mistake.
• If the item(s) has already left our premises with an incorrect address, we will contact the carrier and attempt to have your package diverted back to us. As soon as it is returned to us, we will either issue a refund (minus the shipping costs), or send out again to the correct address (at extra cost to the customer).
• If the item(s) are not returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot issue a refund.

We offer same day London and next day delivery where available in the UK.  All available options are on the checkout page.

Please note that you will need to be 18 years old or older to accept delivery and the courier will ask for age verification on delivery.
