This wonderful champagne is a blanc de blancs from the Coteaux du Sezannais. A non-vintage champagne with 85% of the blend coming from the 2014 vintage and the remaining 15% from 2015. Pale straw in colour, finely balanced, aperitif style and all round crowd pleaser. You won't be disappointed!

Tasting Notes

  • Nose - Peach and citrus.
  • Palate - Richly flavoured and finely balanced, with a lovely lasting complexity.

Vineyard Information

At the base of our champagnes, there is the land and the grapes of Nathalie and her family. 16 hectares of Chardonnay, firmly rooted in the limestone soils of the Côte des Blancs and the Coteaux du Sézannais. Planted between 1950 and 2010, the vines are deeply rooted in the chalky slopes of Cramant, Oiry and Chouilly, all three Grand Cru villages on the Côte des Blancs.

It is on selected plots that they undertook the creation of authentic terroir wines, reflections of the particular harmony between soils, climates and Chardonnay: the only grape variety that reigns in these unique places. The wines born from this patient and meticulous work are vinified and aged without artifice, provided with a minimal dosage after disgorging.
