Bailly Lapierre is located in the heart of Burgundy near Auxerre, that producing Crémant de Bourgogne, a sparkling wine made using the traditional method. Founded in 1972 as a cooperative of 430 winegrowers, the winery utilises ancient underground limestone cellars for winemaking, providing ideal conditions for quality crémant. They are known for their commitment to hand-harvesting the best grapes and environmentally responsible agricultural practices.
